Your track record, made portable
What it is
A private performance rating out of 100 for every cargo, built from third-party records: the permit, the bank's advice, the terminal's release, the weighbridge ticket. It is not a judgement of your company. It is what happened on your cargo, written down so that others can rely on it. You see where you lost points and how to win them back.
What it earns
Every party in your cargo prices the risk that you will not perform. A rating they can check takes that risk out of the price.
| Party | What they price in today | What a rated buyer gets |
|---|---|---|
| Seller | A 10% deposit, a risk premium, or no offer at all | A smaller or no deposit, a tighter premium, first call on scarce cargo |
| Bank | Property as security, a high margin | A lower margin, a smaller deposit, less security, step by step |
| Shipowner and freight broker | Slow discharge, demurrage disputes | Your parcel accepted without argument, fair laytime terms |
| Terminal | Blocked silos, late lifting | Allocation on the next cargo, free days honoured |
| Hakika | A member that holds the group up | Your reserve back, a lower fee, first call on the next buy |
Today the fee and the reserve respond to your rating. The rest follows as your record grows and as each party signs up to it, which is work Hakika does on your behalf.
Who sees it
You. Hakika never publishes a rating and no member sees another member's data. You decide whether your bank or your supplier may see your record.
What comes next: Hakika Finance
Your rating is what a bank will price on. Hakika builds your finance file against each bank's own conditions, puts two or more banks in competition, and verifies your KPIs under a three-party agreement with the bank and the terminal. A lower margin, a smaller deposit and less security as your rating improves. Hakika arranges and verifies; it does not lend. Starts once members have a record to show.
